Jeremy and I wanted to take at least one class together this semester but when we were enrolling I filled the last spot for this illustration class we planned on taking. I then proceeded to harass him for the last two days before add and drop week ended to keep trying to get in. However, Jeremy being the lazy boy that he is, kept telling me he was trying but I knew better that he was not making any attempt at trying to get in.

Last night I peeked online to find out the class was finally open because two people had dropped Friday so I tell Jeremy he should call in the morning regarding it. 8:00 AM this morning he texts me and says, “Sorry, past enrollment date I can’t get in anymore.” So I head to school pretty bummed that I’m stuck taking a three hour illustration class alone that I had initially planned to take with him and as I’m weaving in and out of aisles looking for a spot to park I come to the intersection and to the left of me is Jeremy in his truck! We make eye contact, I make a “WTF?!” face and he makes a “OH SHIT!” face and turns in front of me to park.

I get out of my car laughing and yell, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!” Turns out sneaky Jeremy got an email from the teacher who agreed to give him an override pass to get in which he decided not to tell me about and was going to surprise me in class. Funniest coincidence running into each other in our cars, made me smile and made my morning.
